Founded in 2015, our business was built on decades of experience and a shared vision. Before opening our doors, Richard H. Sullivan (Dad), Richard M. Sullivan (Son), and David J. Sullivan (Son) spent many years working side by side at a large commercial plumbing and HVAC company. Over time, we realized we wanted something more—an opportunity to serve our own community with the same skill, but with a more personal touch.

So, we took the leap.

Today, we are proud to be a family-owned and operated company, rooted in hard work, honesty, and genuine care for the people we serve. When you call us, there’s a good chance Mom will be the one answering the phone—and yes, you might even hear the office puppy in the background. That’s just who we are.
